The delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that delivery cannot be made to post office boxes.

In order for these deadlines to be respected, the customer must ensure that they have communicated accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes , names and/or intercom numbers, or any other necessary element that will allow the order to be given to them).

The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to the average processing and delivery times observed by the partner carriers that JEANNE ET MARGUERITE uses for the delivery of its products. Indeed with the Covid-19 health crisis, delays may be longer.

JEANNE ET MARGUERITE is held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.

In the event of damaged packages (already opened, missing products, etc.), the customer undertakes to notify the carrier and JEANNE ET MARGUERITE, by all means, of any reservations within 3 days following receipt of the product. In this case, the customer and JEANNE ET MARGUERITE will consider together the follow-up to this incident.

It is recalled that under Article L. 216-4 of the Consumer Code, any risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the customer at the moment when the latter or a third party designated by him, and other that the carrier proposed by the professional takes physical possession of these products.
